At first glance, the Baby Biltong may look like a miniature hunting knife, but a closer inspection reveals its one-of-a-kind feature. The straight edge of the blade has been specially sharpened, as opposed to the curved edge typically found on traditional knives. This design makes cutting biltong easier and more precise.

Using the Baby Biltong is easy – simply hold the handle with the blade facing away from you and cut towards your thumb. The single-bevel blade (with a flat back) ensures a smooth, precise cut.
