Production Process and Timeline

Plating begins the business day after we receive your item, operating Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The process includes stiffening to ensure the item remains rigid, followed by plating. Our standard turnaround time is 14 business days from the date of receipt.

Collection or Delivery Options

Collection or delivery is facilitated through Courier Guy Pudo services, with options to collect or drop off at a Pudo kiosk. The item must be packed in a standard bag, and a waybill will be provided with your order.
