Ninja Monkeys are the tiniest of ninjas. This is a class run for the teeny tots:
It helps with the development of spacial awareness, balance and keeps them active
Bully Proof is for the kids. Teaching them various skills that help with:
- Self-Discipline as it takes restraint & patience to learn a martial art
- Setting Goals when working towards the next belt
- Respect for their instructor & each other as they learn the art
- Listening as without listening they will be unable to complete their moves correctly
- Confidence and Self Esteem mastering a new skill or move boosts confidence & give them a real sense of achievement
- Teamwork when working in pairs to practice & learn new skills/moves.
- Conflict Resolution and Self Defense as avoiding the conflict is always the first option. While physical altercations must be avoided they will be taught the tools to defend themselves.
